DESCRIPTION
M-3Designs takes the effort out of sustaining a web presence. Simply supply
the information you want posted and any preferences of style or design and
M-3Designs will do the work for you. Pictures, video, audio are all at your
disposal to make an eye grabbing website that will communicate the details of
your business or organization. Form pages (with user editable
regions) and spread sheets are available with some limitations.
COST
> Setup fee-
>>Basic Plan-
$150

Choose from a list of

Hourly rates for updates so you only
pay if you make changes.
>>Moderate and-
$300
>>Advanced Plans- $300 for up to 10 pages
($20/page for additional pages)
> Maintenance fee-
>>Basic Plan-
$10 per month + $20 per hour billed by the half hour
>>Moderate Plan-
$50 per month
and up to 3 hours of work.
>>Advanced Plan- $75 per
month for
up to 6 hours of work.
> Host and Domain name- free with 1year
contract.
>
Accept Credit card payments– extra, prices vary for needs.
>
Once a design is settled upon by M-3Designs and client, redesigning of full
website layout and or theme will be subject to full setup fees unless otherwise
settled upon prior to change.
PAYMENT
>
Accounts will be billed monthly. Payable by cash or check or credit card
(Credit cards billed through PayPal).
>
Accounts with delinquent payments will be charged an additional 5% on overdue
amount. Repeated delays may void contract resulting in
severance from M-3Designs and services. Refunds will not be provided in such
cases.
RESTRICTIONS
>
All content shall comply with all laws, local and Federal.

M-3Designs reserves the right to refuse service.
>
M-3Designs subscribes to a high moral standard and reserves the right to refuse
content not in conformity with that standard.
>
Limited to the United States of America and the English language.
>
M-3Designs is not obligated to troubleshoot preexisting code created or
corrupted by a third party.
OTHER
>
Errors due to M-3Designs will be corrected at no cost to the client.
>
Maintaining includes, but is not limited to, removing pages, adding or removing
content, pictures or media, and modifying layout, theme or color scheme.

domain registration services. For this reason, all websites must comply
